Return of goods

RETURN OF GOODS
Purchased goods may be returned within 14 days under Article 50 of the CPA, if:
- is in the same condition in which it was delivered (no scratches, damage, incomplete set, damaged packaging / box, electric shocks);
- the goods are accompanied by a copy of the receipt certifying the payment;
In case of non-fulfillment of these conditions TMT Elkom Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and accordingly not to refund the full amount paid by the User.
The user is obliged to notify in writing TMT Elkom Ltd. about his desire to return the product / products by email: [email protected] and to return it / them to the specified address of TMT Elcom Ltd. - Plovdiv, Tsarigradsko shose Blvd 53a.
All costs for the return of goods, including transport costs, other courier and bank fees associated with the refund of the purchase price paid, are at the expense of the User.
The consumer has the right to receive only the value of the returned goods, as it was at the request and purchase.
In case of refusal to receive the goods, the User is obliged to pay all costs for the return of goods, including transport costs and other courier fees.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a form "Appendix 1" must be filled in, which form is received with the goods or printed from the site.
