Warranty conditions and claims

WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND COMPLAINTS
All products in the store are subject to the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer.
The provided commercial guarantee is valid only for proper installation and operation of the goods in accordance with their technical characteristics. Regardless of the commercial guarantee, TMT Elcom OOD is responsible for the lack of compliance of the consumer goods with the sales contract according to Art. 122 of the CPA.

Every User who has purchased a product from the e-shop has the right to claim the product.
The complaint must be submitted in writing or orally to the indicated addresses of the commercial sites of TMT Elkom Ltd.
The complaint must be accompanied by an invoice / receipt confirming the payment and a delivery document. TMT Elkom Ltd. has no obligation to satisfy complaints that do not contain some of these documents.
In case the complaint is justified, TMT Elkom Ltd. will satisfy it within 1 (one) month from its submission.
Immediately after receiving the shipment, but not later than 24 hours, the User should check whether it is complete and whether the delivered items have any defects.
In case of reported defects upon receipt of the goods, the User should immediately notify the type and quantity.
TMT Elcom Ltd. is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, installation, operation of goods, and has no obligation to satisfy claims due to inconsistencies arising from the above reasons. The use, treatment and processing of goods subject to the current offer by the Client / User is made at his risk. TMT Elcom Ltd. is not responsible for the compliance of the delivered goods with the purposes for which the User intends to use them, nor for damages of any nature that may occur as a result of processing, treatment or use of the goods in a broad sense. The consumer undertakes to check the conformity of the goods with the intended use.
